My journey with the barbell began as a teenager to enhance my performance in wrestling and football. Strength training not only improved my athletic ability, it helped me cultivate the virtues of self-discipline, commitment, and perseverance. Consequently, I've competed at the national level in power lifting, setting world records for my age group. Perhaps more importantly, strength training allowed me to recover from a serious illness, restoring my health, mobility, and giving me a new lease on life. My mission is to share my passion and knowledge with others so that they can experience the strongest version of themselves.
